Our schedule includes all levels—from beginner-friendly sessions to strength-focused classes with added weights—plus thoughtful modifications along the way. Expecting? We offer prenatal options in both group classes and private sessions, so you’re always supported.
Small Classes, Big Community
Our intentionally small classes create space for personal attention, proper coaching, and a welcoming, everyone-knows-your-name feel. Beyond the studio, we celebrate community through local partnerships, pop-up food and drink trucks, and featured work from local artists. Every piece on display is available for purchase, with 100% going directly to the artist.
