Meet Ashley Moose, a certified yoga instructor with a passion for wellness and fitness. With over 15 years of experience, she combines the art of mindful movement with the invigorating energy of spin classes to create a well-rounded fitness experience. Ashley is a Yoga Alliance certified 500-E RYT yoga teacher and preciously led spin classes at Shuford YMCA. When not on the mat or leading a spin class, Ashley enjoys exploring the outdoors, sharing healthy recipes, and continuing her education in fitness and wellness. She believes that fitness should be fun and accessible to everyone, and she strives to create an inclusive and motivating environment for all levels of practitioners.
